Grill zesty Polynesian shrimp and juicy pineapple with this kabob set from Weber. It includes six, single-prong skewers and a kabob rack. Skewers snap into the rack so food cooks over the grill, rather than directly on its grates. Use these versatile tools to barbecue unusual kabob fare–such as cherry tomatoes, tofu, peaches, or other delicate foods that bruise or char easily. This kit makes a great gift for vegetarian chefs who prefer their kabobs without meat residue from non-vegetarian grill grates.
The rack is made of heavy-duty steel, while skewers are high-quality stainless steel with attractive nickel plating. Circular skewer ends allow chefs to rotate kabobs for even cooking without removing the rack from the grill. This Weber rack fits 18-1/2-inch or larger charcoal, electric, and gas grills. For best results, hand wash both rack and skewers. The set measures 12-1/2 by 9-1/2 by 1-1/4 inches, and weighs 2pounds upon shipping. –Jessica Reuling
Customer Review: Great way to go for grilling ka-bobs
Works perfectly. A little on the pricey side, though. But the more you use it to cook for other people, the price per compliment goes down.
Customer Review: No more kabobs stuck to the grill!
I’ve used this several times already. It works really well. It easily comes apart to take up less space for storage. It holds the skewers up above the cooking grate, which works well for delicate items like shrimp that tend to stick when they touch the hot surface.
One of the best things about it is the flat skewers. If you are using round skewers, as I was before I bought this, you are in for a treat. They work just like the round ones except the food won’t rotate on them. That means when you turn the skewer, the food turns with it — what a great idea! Believe me, you’ll never use the round ones again after trying this.

Starting your grill changed drastically with each type of grill. Smokers and Charcoal burners require you to light the media, the wait for it to burn out and turn to embers before cooking. This can take anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes. Natural gas and propane gar grills can be started instantly, wither by lighting the burners with a lighter, or by a knob on the front, which is attached to a small hammer that slams into a crystal, causing enough spark to ignite the fuel.
Cooking on the grill is also a great way to get the kids involved in the meal preparation and clean up process. We like to use disposable plates when grill cooking and keep the dining al fresco. If you are hoping for instant family unity over the picnic table you might want to think again but there isn’t anything quite like it when it comes to not worrying about spills or dropped food as you can rest fairly certain that the animals will take care of anything that gets left behind.
Thanks!
